TRAIL RUN RULES:

 

  • Please note that the minimum age for the 18km is 15 years of age 

  • Online entrants must bring a printout of email confirmation to receive race number.

  • Late entries must bring correct cash for payment and ID & Medical aid details.

 

Compulsory Equipment for the Trail Runs

18km:

  1. Water – Carry at least 1-2 Litres. Hydration Pack recommended. Please note there is one water table on the course for the 18 approximately half way through the track.

  2. Food – Energy Bar/ Sandwich/ Banana

  3. A cell phone charged with organizer’s number in Ziplock bag. (072 071 3092 – emergencies only) saved and stored in a Ziplock bag. 

  4. Windbreaker/waterproof jacket recommended. Weather dependent but not compulsory for short course.

  5. Hat recommended. 

  6. Mini-first Aid kit with plasters/bandage/sun lotion/antihistamine tablets

  7. Race Number is compulsory to start event.

  8. Medical aid details

DO NOT bring: HEADPHONES, Flu or Litter

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Please do not run if you are sick!
- DO NOT LITTER!
- You are welcome to take photos, but step out of the way of other runners when you do.
